There isn’t one point why should smoke dude. You’re going to die too early, I say.
Hahahaha, you made a lot of mistakes: u instead of you’re, and you used the ellipses for the wrong thing.

This is my 4th attempt to quit smoking in the past 11 years. I am now currently 31 years of age. The longest I’ve lasted previously was 3 months, 6 months, and 2 weeks. Those three times I’ve gone cold-turkey. This time, I’ve decreased my # of cigs and now have gone to a nicorette gum during those craving times. I hope this’ll work out for me and I’ll always have a piece of gum in my wallet during those times where I crave them the most (coffee, alcohol, and stressful moments). BOL to all.

This is all such bullshit. I mean…try anything you want people. you never know. But the only thing you need to quit smoking or ANY addiction is to want to. Sure there are things that might make it less stressful or painful, but when you really want to quit you will. I not only quit smoking but a 10 year heroin habit. That was 10 years ago. Looking back all either one of them took was some real desire and some balls. That’s just MY experience. Which is all I got.

    Ain’t THAT the truth!

If your dad doesnt want to u cant make him.. U have to accept that ur dad is a smoker. There is no use in fighting an addiction without the willpower of the person himself.

    Good luck

Uuuhmmm… did you fail for math??? I thought as well… if you smoke one pack in 3 days then you’re paying 5*(365/3)…

    thank you for this video

    Hey guess what,
I had to do a smoking survey at school and we worked out that cig packs that cost $5.00 and takes an average person to finish a disgusting pack in 3 days. so its like $15.00x 365 is waisting 5, 475 dollars on cancer packets.

It’s been over a month for me now. I had major surgery and was stuck in the hospital for 4 days. So there was my starting point, lol. Once I got home the next several days I was too afraid to smoke for fear of it making me cough and hurting the incision. Week 2 and 3 were the worst but the fear was stronger. Week 4 no cravings at all. Now I’m at week 5, I think it’s safe to say I’ve kicked the habit. Congrats to all who’ve managed to quit as well! :)

This is day 7 for me, and I feel great!
I have been smoking and drinking coffee for fifty years, so decided to quit both.
I quit coffee four weeks ago, and switched to tea, and my psoriasis cleared up. (grin)
Also, it made it easier to quit the smoking, as coffee and cigs always went hand in hand for me.
And everyday I dont smoke I save money, and my dogs dont have to suffer the smell; yep, I feel pretty good about that. (smile)
