    After 13 yrs of smoking 1 1/2 pks a day I decided to try quitting… again. When the thought of being a non-smoker was too overwhelming to consider, I chose to read and follow this book to the letter. Adhering to the step by step instructions, I was a non-smoker after 2 weeks! Unlike so many others who’ve stopped smoking, I wasn’t left with terrible cravings. I didn’t even think about it anymore. What a Blessing!
